1. Order Cancellation

Same-day and midnight deliveries: Once confirmed, these orders cannot be canceled as processing begins immediately.

Scheduled orders: Orders may be canceled at least 24 hours before the delivery time by contacting our customer support team.

For personalized or customized products (e.g., special arrangements, printed messages), cancellations are not allowed once processing has started.
2. Refund Policy

If a cancellation request is approved within the eligible time, a full refund will be initiated.

Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.

If the payment was made via COD (Cash on Delivery), a refund will be issued via store credit, wallet, or bank transfer after verification.

3. Modification of Orders
